Routing and territories

New leads are given an owner by the first rule whose territory holds them, and the people on that rule take turns. Leads already owned, and leads older than 7 days when routing starts, are left alone. Routing runs every 15 minutes.

A territory with nobody available keeps its leads unassigned rather than passing them to a broader rule.

OnLeads whose service is Medicare supplement and postal code starts with 782.

2. Everyone else

Takes turns: Avery Juniper
OnEvery lead not taken by a rule above.
